Civil
Services and Banks are the first choice of the job seekers. In which, Civil
Services are the main part of the government because employees of the civil
services have a power to take decision on important administrative matters. It
carries the different functions of the society. If you got Civil Services jobs,
you will get the respect in the society. These exams are conducted by Union
Public Service Commission (UPSC). It sets a tough pattern and tough question
papers for the job seekers. In the exam pattern of the Civil services, it takes
two tests- Pre written exam and Main written exam. After these exams, it
carries an interview of the cleared applicants. Similarly, this pattern is used
by Banks Exam 2013, but it takes one written test and the pattern of questions
is different to the UPSC. Every year
there are many public banks has published the recruitment notification on
newspapers and job portal websites. These opportunities are given by only
public sector banks to their job seekers.
Indian Bank exams are tough and competitive
in nature because good rank and category reservation makes to the bank exams
competitive. A graduate job seeker may apply for the bank exams. Firstly Job
seekers understand the pattern of the Bank, then you may apply for the post
because some banks take an exam and interview internally. This process is taken
by those banks which selects the candidates through IBPS exam. IBPS is best way
to get in entry in Banks. It takes a Common Written Examination (CWE) and an
interview for Clerks, Probationary Officers (POs)/Management Trainees (MTs), Specialist
